Mr. James is a Texarkana native and now a long-time Nash, TX resident. Troy has a degree in Information Technology and works as a Sr. Systems Analyst for a local financial institution. In his free time, he enjoys working out, running outdoors, and competing in local race events.

Troy is a big sports fan with basketball being his game of choice to play. However, you’ll also find him cheering from the stands at local football games. Troy is an avid car enthusiast.

He owns both sport and classic cars and does most all the work and restoration himself. Mr. James loves his Nash community and has a genuine desire to be a part in helping the City of Nash continue to prosper.
